1. TO ENTER: Enter your information in the fields provided on our website, www.armadaskis.com beginning 12:01AM (Pacific Time) July 16, 2009 through 11:59PM (Pacific Time) October 16, 2009. You may also enter by hand printing your name, email address, gender, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, day time phone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper. Mail entry in an envelope to Armada Skis Because its Summer , 729 W 16th St A-2, Costa Mesa, CA 92627, USA. Entries must be postmarked by last day of contest and received by 10 days after close of contest. Armada Skis ("Sponsor") assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or for other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, or for illegible, lost, late, damaged, postage-due, incomplete or misdirected entries or mail. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. Limit: one entry per person. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries allowed.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to all Armada Supporters. Void where prohibited. Employees of Armada Skis, its respective agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families or households of each are not eligible.
3. DRAWING: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from the total entries received to be conducted on or around two weeks after close of contest at approximately 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Time) in Costa Mesa, CA by an independent judge whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes.
4.PRIZE: GRAND PRIZE: a pair of Armada ANT skis ( size 191 or 181). RUNNER UP PRIZE: Armada Radar Jacket (lime jacquard) and Armada Blast Pant (khaki). Prize will be awarded, provided it is properly claimed.
5.GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:Winner will be notified and will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (or, in Canada, a declaration of compliance with contest rules) for delivery at judging organization within 21 days of notification (first attempted certified mail delivery), or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Federal, state, provincial or local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release Armada Skis, their respective distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and the employees, officers and directors of all such entities, from all liability with respect to acceptance, possession or use of the prize awarded and consent to the use of their names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited. For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. Cancellation: Subject to obtaining approval from the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux with respect to Quebec. If, in the judges' opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right to terminate the promotion and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all entries received as of the date of termination.
